What is Mind-Spring?

Life in Germany can be challenging when you are new here.
Mind-Spring is a course program to help you (re-)discover your strength.
You meet with others who understand your situation.
Together you share ideas and find new ways of living.

Who can benefit from Mind-Spring?

Mind-Spring is a program for all refugees and migrants.
Everyone 18 years and older is welcome.

What will I experience in a Mind-Spring course?

A Mind-Spring course consists of nine workshops.
Each workshop lasts about 1,5 hours. The course is held in your language.

In a Mind-Spring course you can…

  • talk to others about your well-being

  • better understand your thoughts and feelings

  • (re-)discover your strengths

  • see your identity in Germany from a new perspective

  • get important information about health

  • learn simple exercises for focus and relaxation

  • share experiences and ideas with the group

  • explore ways of leading a good life here

Each Mind-Spring course is led by a qualified trainer.
They have personal migration experience and speak English.
A professional co-trainer supports them with knowledge and contacts.

You can participate free of charge.
The workshops build on one another, so make sure to attend all nine meetings.
After the course you will receive an official certificate of participation.
